Ubuntu 18 Desktop x64 + GCC 7.3.0 + Code Blocks

说明

  5. book.txt

Stack vs Heap
So far we have seen how to declare basic type variables such as int, double, etc, and complex types such as arrays and structs. The way we have been declaring them so far, with a syntax that is like other languages such as MATLAB, Python, etc, puts these variables on the stack in C.

The Stack
What is the stack? It's a special region of your computer's memory that stores temporary variables created by each function (including the main() function). The stack is a "LIFO" (last in, first out) data structure, that is managed and optimized by the CPU quite closely. Every time a function declares a new variable, it is "pushed" onto the stack. Then every time a function exits, all of the variables pushed onto the stack by that function, are freed (that is to say, they are deleted). Once a stack variable is freed, that region of memory becomes available for other stack variables.
The advantage of using the stack to store variables, is that memory is managed for you. You don't have to allocate memory by hand, or free it once you don't need it any more. What's more, because the CPU organizes stack memory so efficiently, reading from and writing to stack variables is very fast.
A key to understanding the stack is the notion that when a function exits, all of its variables are popped off of the stack (and hence lost forever). Thus stack variables are local in nature. This is related to a concept we saw earlier known as variable scope, or local vs global variables. A common bug in C programming is attempting to access a variable that was created on the stack inside some function, from a place in your program outside of that function (i.e. after that function has exited).
Another feature of the stack to keep in mind, is that there is a limit (varies with OS) on the size of variables that can be stored on the stack. This is not the case for variables allocated on the heap.
To summarize the stack:
the stack grows and shrinks as functions push and pop local variables
there is no need to manage the memory yourself, variables are allocated and freed automatically
the stack has size limits
stack variables only exist while the function that created them, is running

The Heap
The heap is a region of your computer's memory that is not managed automatically for you, and is not as tightly managed by the CPU. It is a more free-floating region of memory (and is larger). To allocate memory on the heap, you must use malloc() or calloc(), which are built-in C functions. Once you have allocated memory on the heap, you are responsible for using free() to deallocate that memory once you don't need it any more. If you fail to do this, your program will have what is known as a memory leak. That is, memory on the heap will still be set aside (and won't be available to other processes). As we will see in the debugging section, there is a tool called valgrind that can help you detect memory leaks.
Unlike the stack, the heap does not have size restrictions on variable size (apart from the obvious physical limitations of your computer). Heap memory is slightly slower to be read from and written to, because one has to use pointers to access memory on the heap. We will talk about pointers shortly.
Unlike the stack, variables created on the heap are accessible by any function, anywhere in your program. Heap variables are essentially global in scope.

Stack vs Heap Pros and Cons

Stack
very fast access
don't have to explicitly de-allocate variables
space is managed efficiently by CPU, memory will not become fragmented
local variables only
limit on stack size (OS-dependent)
variables cannot be resized

Heap
variables can be accessed globally
no limit on memory size
(relatively) slower access
no guaranteed efficient use of space, memory may become fragmented over time as blocks of memory are allocated, then freed
you must manage memory (you're in charge of allocating and freeing variables)
variables can be resized using realloc()

Name
malloc, free, calloc, realloc - allocate and free dynamic memory

Synopsis
#include <stdlib.h>

void *malloc(size_t size);
void free(void *ptr);
void *calloc(size_t nmemb, size_t size);
void *realloc(void *ptr, size_t size);
Description
The malloc() function allocates size bytes and returns a pointer to the allocated memory. The memory is not initialized. If size is 0, then malloc() returns either NULL, or a unique pointer value that can later be successfully passed to free().

The free() function frees the memory space pointed to by ptr, which must have been returned by a previous call to malloc(), calloc() or realloc(). Otherwise, or if free(ptr) has already been called before, undefined behavior occurs. If ptr is NULL, no operation is performed.

The calloc() function allocates memory for an array of nmemb elements of size bytes each and returns a pointer to the allocated memory. The memory is set to zero. If nmemb or size is 0, then calloc() returns either NULL, or a unique pointer value that can later be successfully passed to free().

The realloc() function changes the size of the memory block pointed to by ptr to size bytes. The contents will be unchanged in the range from the start of the region up to the minimum of the old and new sizes. If the new size is larger than the old size, the added memory will not be initialized. If ptr is NULL, then the call is equivalent to malloc(size), for all values of size; if size is equal to zero, and ptr is not NULL, then the call is equivalent to free(ptr). Unless ptr is NULL, it must have been returned by an earlier call to malloc(), calloc() or realloc(). If the area pointed to was moved, a free(ptr) is done.

Return Value
The malloc() and calloc() functions return a pointer to the allocated memory that is suitably aligned for any kind of variable. On error, these functions return NULL. NULL may also be returned by a successful call to malloc() with a size of zero, or by a successful call to calloc() with nmemb or size equal to zero.

The free() function returns no value.

The realloc() function returns a pointer to the newly allocated memory, which is suitably aligned for any kind of variable and may be different from ptr, or NULL if the request fails. If size was equal to 0, either NULL or a pointer suitable to be passed to free() is returned. If realloc() fails the original block is left untouched; it is not freed or moved.

Conforming To
C89, C99.

NAME
       bzero, explicit_bzero - zero a byte string
SYNOPSIS
       #include <strings.h>

       void bzero(void *s, size_t n);

       #include <string.h>

       void explicit_bzero(void *s, size_t n);
DESCRIPTION
       The bzero() function erases the data in the n bytes of the memory
       starting at the location pointed to by s, by writing zeros (bytes
       containing '') to that area.

       The explicit_bzero() function performs the same task as bzero(). It
       differs from bzero() in that it guarantees that compiler
       optimizations will not remove the erase operation if the compiler
       deduces that the operation is "unnecessary".
RETURN VALUE
       None.
Name
memset - fill memory with a constant byte
Synopsis
#include <string.h>
void *memset(void *s, int c, size_t n);
Description
The memset() function fills the first n bytes of the memory area pointed to by s with the constant byte c.
Return Value
The memset() function returns a pointer to the memory area s.
Conforming to
SVr4, 4.3BSD, C89, C99, POSIX.1-2001.

struct Books{
    uint64_t ISBN;
    char BookName[128];
    uint32_t PRICE;
    struct Books *next;
};
void *backup_header=NULL;
struct Books *head=NULL;

head->next=data;
data->ISBN=isbn;
strcpy( data->BookName, bookname );
data->PRICE=price;
head=data;
head->next=NULL;

f=fopen("book.txt","r");
    while(!feof(f))
    {
        char tmp[512];
        uint64_t isbn;
        uint32_t price;
        char bookname[128];
        memset(tmp, 0, sizeof(tmp));
        fgets(tmp, sizeof(tmp)-1, f); // 包含了换行符
        if( strlen(tmp) < 14 ) // 此处手动感谢TUNA成员帮我查出了读入空行的bug
        {
            break;
        }
        sscanf(tmp, "%lu%s%un",&isbn, bookname, &price);
        insert_b(isbn,bookname,price); //插入函数,请看下边
    }
    finished_loading=true;
    fclose(f);

void insert_b(uint64_t isbn, char bookname[], uint32_t price)
{
    struct Books *data;

    int tz=sizeof(struct Books);
    data=(struct Books *)malloc(tz);
    memset(data,0,tz);
    if(data==NULL)
    {
        printf("Malloc failed.n");
        exit(-1);
    }

    if(head==backup_header && finished_loading==true)
    {
        while(1)
        {
            if(head->next==NULL)
            {
                break;
            }
            else
            {
                head=head->next;
                continue;
            }
        }
    }

    if(head==NULL)
        head=data;

    if(backup_header==NULL && finished_loading==false)
    {
        backup_header=head;
    }

    head->next=data;
    data->ISBN=isbn;
    strcpy( data->BookName, bookname );
    data->PRICE=price;
    head=data;
    head->next=NULL;
}

void search_b(void)
{
    bool found=false;
    head=backup_header;

    printf("Search Mode:n");
    printf("Input ISBN:");
    uint64_t isbn;
    scanf("%lu", &isbn);

    while(1)
    {
        if(head->next==NULL)
        {
            if(isbn==head->ISBN)
            {
                printf("Found!!!n");
                printf("ISBNttBookNamettPricen");
                printf("%lutt%stt%unn",head->ISBN,head->BookName,head->PRICE);
                found=true;
                head=head->next;
                break;
            }
            printf("Stopping traversing...n");
            if(found==false)
            {
                printf("Not found!!!n");
            }
            break;
        }
        else
        {
            if(isbn==head->ISBN)
            {
                printf("Found!!!n");
                printf("ISBNttBookNamettPricen");
                printf("%lutt%stt%unn",head->ISBN,head->BookName,head->PRICE);
                found=true;
                head=head->next;
                break;
            }
            else
            {
                head=head->next;
                continue;
            }
        }
    }
}

void print_all(void)
{
    head=backup_header;
    printf("ISBNttBookNamettPricen");
    while(1)
    {
        if(head->next==NULL)
        {
            printf("%lut%-2stt%6un",head->ISBN,head->BookName,head->PRICE);
            printf("Stopping traversing...n");
            break;
        }
        else
        {
            printf("%lut%-2stt%6un",head->ISBN,head->BookName,head->PRICE);
            head=head->next;
        }
    }
}

void delete_b(void)
{
    head=backup_header;
    uint64_t isbn=0;
    bool exist=false;
    printf("Input ISBN:");
    scanf("%lu",&isbn);

    while(1)
    {
        if(head->ISBN==isbn)
        {
            void *tmp=head;
            head=head->next;
            free(tmp);
            exist=true;
            backup_header=head;
            break;
        }
        if(head->next->ISBN==isbn)
        {
            void *tmp=head->next->next;
            free(head->next);
            head->next=tmp;
            exist=true;
            break;
        }
        else
        {
            if(head->next==NULL)
            {
                break;
            }
            head=head->next;
        }
    }

    if(exist==true)
    {
        printf("Found!!!nFinished to deleten");
    }
    else
    {
        printf("Not found!!!n");
    }

}

void write_file(void)
{
    FILE *ff=fopen("book.txt","w");
    uint16_t num=0;
    head=backup_header;
    while(1)
    {
        if(head->next==NULL)
        {
            num++;
            break;
        }
        else
        {
            num++;
            head=head->next;
        }
    }
    head=backup_header;

    uint64_t mem_size=sizeof(struct Books)*num;
    char *fls=(char *)malloc(mem_size);
    bzero(fls, mem_size);
    char *tmp=(char *)malloc(sizeof(struct Books));
    bzero(tmp, sizeof(struct Books));
    while(1)
    {
        if(head->next==NULL)
        {
            bzero(tmp, sizeof(struct Books));

            snprintf(tmp, sizeof(struct Books), "%lu %s %un",head->ISBN, head->BookName, head->PRICE);
            strcat(fls, tmp);

            break;
        }
        else
        {
            bzero(tmp, sizeof(struct Books));

            snprintf(tmp, sizeof(struct Books), "%lu %s %un",head->ISBN, head->BookName, head->PRICE);
            strcat(fls, tmp);

            head=head->next;
            continue;
        }
    }
    free(tmp);

    fprintf(ff, "%s",fls);
    free(fls);

    fclose(ff);

    printf("Sync Done!n");
    exit(0);

}

此处,我插入了一条Machine_Learning_in_Action的记录,再完整输出可以看到已经加到尾部了
